Wierd Gurgling? Giving me anxiety

I have had a very annoying gurgle like sensation in my lower right quadrant of my abdomen all freakin day! Its to the point where its very loud and annoying me very much as ists very frequent. Not really pain or bloating. Just wondering , is this normal digestion? Usually its all around gurgling and noises , but why in one spot? And for so long!?

If your not eating properly, it is no wonder your stomach is gurgling. Are you not eating correctly because you are still feeling stressed?
