Thorat Tightening

by Topher7, Jun 16, 2007 12:00AM
I'm not sure why but I was just doing house stuff and the bottom of my throat felt tight, like it was closing off and I felt a little nausea. I had just eaten. I've been nervous all day with this baby shower for us tonight and all the headaches I had alst week..despite a good eye checkup and I hope a good MRI. Id this just a nother nervous thing?

That's a pretty classic symptom of anxiety.  But I am not a doc and don't know your situation so don't rely on me.  Just wait and see how you feel the next few days and if it gets better when you relax.

Best.

It already got better. The problem is that I now have this acidy feeling in my sinuses and chest. It may have bene a case of acid reflux caused by the stress.
