CEA Level up but in normal range

What besides active disease (BC) would cause CEA levels to rise? I am 3 years out and CEA has remained at 0.7 until this test, which read 1.1.  Thanks

Dear Amazon00:  The CEA is a non-specific tumor marker used to track people who have had colon cancer.  It has little if any role in breast cancer.
