Dear Tatiana, TAC is a newer acronym that is being used and the T in TAC is usually referring to Taxotere (docetaxel).   Docetaxel is in the same family of drugs as Taxol (paclitaxel)- the taxanes.

I had AC x 4 + Taxol x 4.

I think it is very different from TAC.

Which is more agressive?

Which gives better results?

Thanks
