Dry Skin Patches

I have dry red itchy patches on my breasts that only appear in the winter - dryer seasons. Could you advise what this could be.

Dear KLIENTJIE, It sounds like a skin problem.  A dermatologist would be the appropriate specialist to check it out perhaps offer some suggestions for relief when this occurs.
