Burning pain in right breast

.I have severe burning pain in my right breast whenever pressure is applied (even my seat belt hurts!) I'm 39 and have had cysts in both breasts, although these cysts have reduced in size since I quit caffeine several years ago. Could this pain be caused by a blocked gland or duct? Thanks for your advice.

missy39Dear missy39, Breast pain is a common breast symptom, and is usually not associated with breast cancer. Your description of the pain being "severe" and "burning" these symptoms should be evaluated further, in order for you to receive treatment for the discomfort.
