Does your daughter say any words? Is she able to use so-called labels in any fashion? Or does she absolutely use no spoken language? If she is using some words, I wouldn't worry - the pace of language acquisition will likely pick up soon. If she is using no language at all, this would more likely signify a problem. Be sure to consult with your pediatrician about your concern.
