Everyone ages at a different rate.  After a facelift, there is no questions that the aging process of the face slows substantially, but does not stop. Revision of a facelift (often a mini-lift) is most commonly done after eight to ten years if the patient needs and desire this.  There is no necessity for addidional surgery and many patients are satisfied with their initial result and never have any further procedures.
