A part of my gums is swollen and red. There are black specks on it. I don't know what it is. It's located beside my front teeth behind them. I tried looking it up but all  i got was sexual diseases such as herpes. I have never had intercourses so it can't be that. What is going on?

It sounds like the gum tissue behind your upper front teeth was traumatized some how.Sometimes this occurs because of your bite. I would suggest that you rinse with warm salt water as much as you can, give it about a week and if it doesn't get better see your dentist.
