I am thinking about having this done what do you know about any side effects that are involved. It have to be safer then laser and or chemical peels. Can you please help.

Microdermabrasion is basically a superficial sanding process.  If it's overdone, there can be irritation and bruising, but these are rare, and in any case not permanent.  Properly done, this procedure can make the skin look and feel smooth, though of course it needs to be combined with other procedures, like skin rpograms based on Retin-A, or repeated every couple of months to sustain improvement.
