Are these warts???

by carson219, Jan 07, 2006 12:00AM
My friend and I were talking about warts and all the different kinds that exist.  I didn't think I had them until we had this conversation.  If I pull the skin on my scrotum, I can see little white dots uniformally located all over my scrotum.   You can barely see them unless you pull the skin.  They are only on my scrotum-nowhere else and they are generally all the same size. Are these warts?

No, I don't think so.  They sound like the small cysts that many people have on the scrotum.  Show a doctor next time you go.

That's what you and your friends talk about?

Best.

Are they at the base of your pubic hair?

Ya- I think so!

I think you may be too concerned about something that is the way most all scrotums are. I have the same thing at the base of all my hairs too. I bet most men do. It is easy to get all wound up about something though. I do it myself quite often. One thing for sure the less I worry the better I feel. I have a friend who is 90 years old and in great health. I have never seen him worried or concerned about anything.

If you pull the skin just right you will see white bumps at the base of all your hairs on your scrotom.  They are hair folicles

about a week or two ago i found two small bumps on the shaft of my penis... they didnt look exactly like a zit but that is what i figured they were so after a lot of effort i was able to pop them and i figured they'd go away. they appeared in a close pair... kind of side by side but almost looked like they could have been the same.  they were very small probably 1-2mm each. i thought nothing of them but they didnt COMPLETELY go away...i believe that the small lump left behind is scar tissue from me having to be so rough with it to get it to break. they did mostly go away and i cant remember if it bled a little bit when it broke.  And now about 4-5 days ago i found a red dot on the head of my penis.  if you feel VERY carefully you can feel that it is an incredably small bump.  i cant find any STD pictures that match what it looks like and its probably less than 1mm in diameter... its not getting worse at all and i guess its kind of getting SLOWLY better... but not really.  if i press down on it the color goes away for a second like there is blood underneath it.  IM HORRIFIED THAT THIS MAY BE AN STD. but i dont see how it could because I have had sex with only one person in the last probably 3 months and she has been with only me and her 3 year boyfriend (recently broken up) she had a pap-smear(or got tested for everything) about a month ago and the doctors said she was 100% clean.  it is something that i would like to overlook but the red dot hasnt moved and the previous 2 bumps scare me too now that i think about it. and as of 2 days ago i noticed IN PAIRS AGAIN what looks like zits on my arm BUT THEYRE NOT zits and they bleed when i break them. there is an unmistakably wierd number of them on my arm and theyre only on my left arm... i havent been exposed to the sun lately.... WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?? are the things on my arm related to the other stuff? do i have skin cancer? PLEASE TELL ME I DONT HAVE AN STD.
