by sleeping beauty, Feb 02, 2006 12:00AM

Dear Sleeping beauty,

i'm not a doctor but just another diabetic. A 7 A1C is considered in the good range though 6 is better a 7 is what the highest they like to see a diabetic go unless there are divergent circumstances, like too many low  blood sugars trying to keep blood sugars in the normal range. god bless, bret

A 7% isn't too bad, but I always try to keep mine at a lower %.  Just try your best to maintain tight control of your blood sugars and make improvements where you need to or seek advice from your healthcare team if you're not sure, you can't be perfect all the time!

Thank you so much guys.

Currently Im working real hard to get it back to 6 with exercise and strict eating.

I'll be sure to let you know how it goes when I do my next HbA1c next month! :)

God Bless.
