nah, i personally dont think so most (all?) newer windows are 100% UV protectant with coatings, etc. even OLD windows with no treatments provide like 97% of uv blocking just as an inherent property of the glass.
I realize it will take decades to accumulate epidemiological evidence whether blocking blue light actually helps; but it seems convincing that exposure to blue, as well as UV, light does cause damage accumulating over time.
