that looks very, very VERY much like episcleritis. in fact, if you are not a
contactContact dermatitis lens wearer, that is almost certainly episcleritis. especially given the
recurrentRecurrent cystitis natureNatures tears.
thats *exactly* what episcleritis looks like. pretty much textbook.
opcon-a will never fix that. artificial tears and "dry eye" therapy will never fix that. no oral med (zyrtec, allegra, etc) will ever fix that.
that eye needs steroids IMO. alrex or lotemax, preferably. you need to find an eye doc who can and will confirm that diagnosis and rx steroids. (actually they'll be "making" the diagnosis, not "confirming" it...to keep from getting into sticky legal situations i have not "diagnosed" you with anything...)
