this sounds like either 'accommodative infacility' if you are under say 35 years old, and/or emerging 'presbyopiaPresbyopia' if you are over 35 years old. wopuld need reading glasses/bifocals/progressives or multifocalMultifocal atrial tachycardiacontactsContact dermatitis or various surgical procedures (like CK) to fix/solve. could be related to 'the fog' you mention above:
