my eye is very blood shot ( eye drops do not help at all) and  and light also bothers my eye so sevearly and makes my eys burn badly.  my mom gave me pink eye medicine drops  and I have usewd them for a week but there is no chnage.   when i wake up in the morning , my eye is stuck shut with this ***** film.  it is bery hard to wash this substance off my eye.  i have to use a hot wash cloth remove it.   any  answers that you have can help thanks  Andrea Haney

If you are using pink eye drops on an eye that does not have pink eye - it's probably not going to work any time soon.I suggest you see an eye doctor and get some prescribed drops for the infection you probably have.

this is blepharitis i have had it about all year i have the photophobia and the red eye worse in the morning i use q tips to clean the lashes and warm compresses as this is what i was instructed to do by my ophthalmologist it is chronic and stubborn to clear up the discharge is thick and yellow comes from the corners of the eye it is inflammation of the eye lids

hi

   i have been having similar problem. the photo sensitivity is very bad. i have been having repeated episodes. 5 episodes in 4 months. my doctor has given me some steroid and antibiotic drops. it helps but after sometime i have a second episode. i am pretty worried abt it, if these episodes wld cause any permanat eye damage. is there any way i could help prevent it? is it some sought of infection?
