scleral buckle headache

by leelee00, Nov 02, 2006 12:00AM
Hi,

I had a scleral buckle put in last April for detachment.  On occasion, when I sleep on that side I get a dull headache over and around that eye.  Is this related to the buckle and the pressure of sleep on that side of my head?

Just curious??  Also, I have a large blurry floater continually moving in that eye and when it centers,  my vision is very blurred.  Can anything be done about it?

Thanks for your help again.

dont know.  certainly possible. if thats whats causing it, i seriously doubt there is anything that can be done.

the blurry floater is debris inside your eye (old retina or vitreous).  not much can be done for it, either.
