Many conditions can lead to the symptoms you are describing.

Heaving bleeding and an enlarged, inflammed cervix can be indicative of infection or cervical lesions.  Regular PAP smears as well as an examination by a gynecologist is recommended.

Bruising and high platelets can be caused by a variety of hematological conditions or inflammation.  Obtaining a referral to a hematologist to look at a peripheral blood smear and further bleeding studies can be considered.

Joint/body aches, fatigue and constipation have a variety of causes.  This can include thyroid disorders and various rheumatological disorders.  Consideration of an ANA level, rheumatoid factor, blood count, liver tests and thyroid tests can all be made if these diseases are suspected.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
