Im am 18 years old and have had some symptoms that i was pregnant, so i took 3 test about a week ago and all came out positive. I am extremely happy but for the past three days i have had i brownish dicharge and i have not gone to the doctor yet and i am a very active person, i have been playing softball the past 4 months non stop. Does this discharge mean a miscarrige or is it normal i just need some help!

I would suggest you see a physician. Your diagnose is a threaten miscarrage at this time. It doesn't mean that you are miscarring, it's that we don't know. A physicain can draw your blood and get the number value of your pregnancy hormone level. This number tells us alot, a sonogram can be done if the number is high enough. I could give you alot of reasons for the bleeding that would be normal and abnormal, but you should be seen by a physician, you have a positive home test and bleeding, they should see you no questions asked.

Hi, congratulations! Brown blood means old blood. As long as you are not bleeding heavy red then I'm sure you are fine. Make your app. soon though. You might as well get some of your blood work over with. Good luck!

Brown blood is old blood, but it can also be the sign of a miscarriage.  I went through the same thing last week, and it ended up in a miscarriage.  My friends told me not to worry, that it was normal in early pregnancy but I was also told it's not a good sign either...get in to see your doctor for blood work!
