fluid pills and clomid therapy

I have a question. Yesterday i went to my family doctor for a shiny smooth area right above my ankles. He told me I have fluid and asked if I was on any other meds. I told him I just taken my last clomid pill this morning. He prescribed me some fluid pills that he thought wouldn't harm me during the therapy but call my obgyn to find out for sure but her office is closed this week. Will the fluid pills affect the clomid therapy if so what should I do. Thanks

Please follow up with your ObGyn, and have the actual name of the fluid pills with you when you call. If your ObGyn's office is closed, she will have an on-call physician available.

I actually was having the same problem. I take over the counter diuretics in the summer for water retention.  I talked with my pharmacist yesterday and he said there is not any negative interactions between Clomid and diuretics.  Hope this helps!
