How soon can i remove cast, and restart training?

25 days ago i lacerated my tricep about 1.5 inches deep or about 70-90% I am normally a quick healer, i have already started to regain most use of my arm, however this is limited by the cast that they have put on. I have been lifting light weight to start the muscle development process, the question i have is how early i can possibly cut the cast off, i am normally a very speedy and efficient healer and every doctor i speak to will not listen to my past. Ideally I would like to cut it off at about day 32. I would
a)like to take the cast off and b)start working out again

There is also the problem of hurting yourself when you cut the cast off. The saw a doctor uses vibrates back and forth and grabes the barbs in the cast and tears them apart while leaving your skin alone. A regualr buzz saw spins in one direction and can make problems worse. Also if you remove your cast you run the risk of hurting yourself even more, which could require surgery or months more of recovery.

Remember your doctor knows best.

You only have 1 chance to heal properly. I suggest you leave it on until it's supposed to removed BY A DR.
