Pulled/tight mucles effecting breathing

I have tight back mucles... specificly between my shoulder blades...
But i also have chest pains and a shortness of breath.

Could my tight back be restraining my breathing and pulling my mucles in my arms/chest???

btw i also have lower back pains.

Firstly, any and all chest pains that includes shortness of breath, muscle pain in the back, neck, arm, and/or shoulder should be evaluated by your health care provider.  You should get an EKG and a cardiac evaluation before trying any other form of relief. These symmptoms are indicative of heart problems. Consider nothing else until  this evaluation has been done.  good luck
