Ever since moving to another country, I have constant flatulence?

I moved to Italy from the United States and my diet has remained pretty much the same, but for some reason I have constant flatulence?  I had a family member mail me Gax X and tried using that before each meal, but it has not helped.  I am not sure if it is the dairy?  I notice it is worse with light dairy products and pears.  What about tap water, I know that there is a lot of calcium, could this cause flatulence?  What do you suggest I do.  I am not sure what medication to take here in Italy because they do not have Gas X and I am not sure if there is a similar product.

Thanks

Also try to avoid foods that will cause you more gas, like brocoli, cauliflower, peppers and dairy products. Then you'll see the difference.
