I am a 53yrs old hepatitis-c induced cirrhotic patient.3 months ago i had an encephalopathy attack.What are the chances of improvement in my condition after interferon-ribavarin therapy which has not been tried on me so far?Is it safe to try at this stage?Should i vaccinate myself against hepatitis a&b?How much protein ,fat & salt can i consume per day?How can i detect the onset of encephalopathy in future?
