Joint Pain

Hi All,
Just a question here maybe we share the same. I am stage 3 and start peg next week I hope! I am taking zofran and wellbutrin for naseau (?) but am just exhausted lately. I called my office and told them I just don't have the energy to go in. So my question is any one have a cure all to get back up and at them. I am not desperate but getting there.
