how to deal with medical insurance??????and where are the decent drs??????

How much does it cost to have a viral load done? and a liver biopsy? Is there a list of decent drs somewhere or a clinic, hospital that knows how to deal with liver disease and treatment in the northeast or Ohio, WV or PA???????
