adding,also,can the viral load make a difference in sexual spreading

of HCV? If mine is at 675,000 as opposed to 5 million,would it make a difference to pass the virus through intercourse,during unprotected sex? Would the ALT or any other levels of anything related to HCV have an affect in this area? She is my wife,I love her,she insists on no condems and says she doesn't care if she gets it,but I think I would die if she did.
