Access Assurance for pegylated interferon

I registered for the peg interon on 2/13/02 and was told that I would be accepted sometime in April. When I called on 4/15 to follow up they told me that they must have lost my name because I was not in the computer. Now I have to start over again on the waiting list. Has any one else had this happen to them?
