Anyone using PEG interferon?

by Books, Jun 02, 2002 12:00AM
I have genotype 2b and will begin combination drug therapy of PEG interferon (once a week injection) and ribivarin, Sunday, June 9th.  I have only been able to hear stories from people who have undergone the treatment with interferon 3x a week .  Does anyone out there have experience with the new PEG interferon?  Could you help alleviate my anxiety with information regarding side effects and anything else that may be helpful?

Gratefully appreciated,

Renee
