Zinc Sulfate

This weekend was my 4th shot. I'd had it pretty good up until then. Saturday my legs ached so bad I could have cried. Advil doesn't touch it. Yes I drank lots of water and supplemented w/gatorade. I love that stuff.
It's been happening off & on through this month but not this bad. Restless legs too once in a while.
The doc has prescribed Zinc Sulphate, 220mg twice daily. My nurse didn't really know anything about this, what it does or what is causing the leg aches. She could only guess that the tx is causing some deficiency. I probably shouldn't worry about it and just hope that it works.
Has anyone experienced these aching legs, hips, (butt even!) or heard of what Zinc Sulphate is for? I looked it up online and it's really used for a lot of different things but I couldn't see anything to do with legs. Peace to all, Nichola
