Vaginal Infections

I am on treatment for Hep C. I am on the six month therpy and just took my 14th injection. My white blood cells are at 3.1. My concern is that I've had vaginal yeast and bacteria infections since my fourth injection. I have seen my GYN doctor several time... every time I am given meds that work, but as soon as I finish them the issues come back. I've never had these types of troubles before and they are decreasing the quality of my life. What's going on here? (By the way I am not currently sexually active and am not inserting anything in my vagina.) Has anyone else had this problem?
