The use of Lamivudine and its side effects?

Hi, I have been using lamivudine(150mg) for a week and encountered some side effects. My muscles became sore,veins appear purple, and a few pimple like structure developed.
I am concerned with wether lamivudine is harming me. Have any one of you used lamivudine? Please sure some experiences and suggestions with me. Thank You.
