fresh interferon?

i did my shot on friday eve and it was a new batch of pegintron i just got from the pharmacy. the dilutent mixer is now in a smaller vial with what i would have to say a lesser quantity. yet still adequate amount to add 7 ml for 5 ml shot.
the thing is.. the truck backed right over me this weekend. heavy sides. could this be that the interferon is fresh or is this just one of those mysteries of hepworld tx.
