1st injection-awful low back pain

I know I haven't posted here In awhile but I have been reading others.I put off my tx for awhile cuz I was feeling so good I didn't want to feel crappy again.Now I decided to go ahead w/It.I had my first Injection on thur.Oh my,I was SO sick that night and my low back,It felt like my kidneys were being slowly riped out of my back!The next morning I was hoping to feel better but no such luck and I still had the same amount of pain In my back.Has anyone had this happen to them?What else do I have to look forward to?I'm a 1 and I'm on peg-intron w/rebetol.I also Itch all over and am having a hard or rather shallow breating.Is all of this normal?I'm In It for the long haul and plan on putting another dragon to rest so I don't want to seem like I'm a cry baby.As a matter of fact I'm pretty tough:) I've had 2 back surgeries,disc removal & fusion In my neck,diabetic,bipolar w/major depression,glacoma,2 laser surgeries on my eyes to correct the glacoma,and the hcv for about 20 yrs.Oh and I fractured a vertabra while I was testing for my black belt In Tae Kwon Do:)I know the depression will be a major factor In my tx.But as I explained It to my dr,If there Is one thing I'm used to Is depression.I have been depressed all my life and I'll handel that side from the tx.I've been bipolar since I was atleast 12.I'm not on any ad cuz I do like to feel even If It's bad.God only gives you what you can handel right?
