I've read up on this in the past and have not found any connection between the two. There is some information on the condition at the following site.

I've got oral lichen planus and HCV.It got worse for a while when I started treatment then eased off to what I'm used to.I believe there's a connection to HCV but that's just my opinion.

What did you have first: Lichen Planus or Hep C? Your LP is just oral? What about you ALT results. I guess it must have been elevated since you are on treatment... My results are all normal, except for iron. I don't have oral LP ( just all over my body...).
