Am I paranoid

I'm a 32yr old HBV carrier and I've been having abdominal pains near the midsection (but more slightly to the right) for the past 3 months now. It gets really bad sometimes that it makes me really weak. I've been to my family doctor and had abdominal x-ray, ultrasound, ct scan and hida scans done and they all came back normal. My liver enzymes have been checked 4x in the last 3months and they're always normal.
My doctor tells me that I'm fine but something tells me that there is something wrong or else I wouldn't be having the ab pains. So I went to another doctor to get a viral load done and it came back with 480 counts/mL (4.80 x 10^2). The other doctor wasn't exactly certain what the implications are so he referred me to a specialist. The results have been forwarded to my family physician as well. I want to get a biopsy done to ease my mind bec. right now I'm just really scared.
I;ve also been tested with really high mercury levels. My doctor says it is at a toxic level.
Am I being paranoid? Please advise...

"One of the more important distinctions to make in patients with hepatitis B is to determine if replication is present or if patients are inactive carriers. The presence of hepatitis B DNA (more than 105 copies/ml) and hepatitis B e antigen indicate viral replication. Antiviral therapy is indicated for patients with evidence of viral replication. One of the goals of therapy is to develop hepatitis B e antibody to the e antigen, which may prevent hepatitis B viral replication."
