Internet addiction may not sound that bad, but if you spend horrific hours sitting in front of your computer, then it can be doing alot more damage than you may think. Due to lots of research, the internet can be minimizing our intelligence, maximizing our chances of certain mental disorders, etc... This group is to those who need help working their way out of the exceeding hours they spend surfing the web. For those whose life revolves around the internet/ computer, well here is a place where you can talk about it.
