?? About uterine Lining

How much does the uterine lining grow on a daily basis?? I know about the eggies.... I had an u/s done on CD15, showed lining was 6mm (low end) and one follie @20mm. Didn't Ovulate till CD21, so how much would my lining have thickened in those 6 days?
