pain after abortion

i had to abort my pregnancy at 23weeks due to the damage to the fetal kedneys due to the blockage of urine flow.iam now feeling  slight pain in my lower abdomen and chest(not in breast)after 30 days after abortion which was done by placing medicine and forcing delivery.is this normal

I would contact you doctor.... I do not know if its normal, but it doesnt sound like it... It may be nothing, but it is better to get it checked out.

I was so sorry you have had to suffer like this.  I would recommend you get a checkup straight away because there could have been an infection developing.  Will be thinking about you

i had my blood and urine examined and had an ultra sound scan no problem no infection thank u for th support
