implantation bleeding

by romance, Jun 04, 2004 12:00AM
at 10dpo I noticed a temperature change from my regular 97.5 to 96.2, later in the day, I also had some pink spotting. At 11dpo, my temperature was back to normal and my bleeding became heavy, bright red and somewhat thick (different from my regular AF) By 12dpo, all bleeding had stopped and there was some minimal brown spotting. My AF is pretty regular and wasn't due for another 4-5 days and is normally 4-5 days long. Could this be implantation bleeding?

It is possible I guess. Usually implantation bleeding is lighter and pinker but everyone is different. It sounds like it though w/ your temp dip and all.

If it was implantation, you should start to get + result in next couple of days cuz once implanted, it releass the HCG into your system and a test can pick it up. GOOD LUCK!

I don't mean to use your space for my news. but the thread was full. Well I just wanted everyone to know that on May 20th I gave birth to a baby girl named Kayla. She weighed 3 pounds 15 ounces. She was put into he NICU for a week even though she was breathing on her own and feeding. She was just not able to hold her body temp. for very long if she wasn;t in a heating bed. So she stayed there for 1 week. When she was a week and a day old I was able to bring her home. So today she has been home for exactly one week. She had her first doctors visit today in which she now weighs 4 pounds 9 ounces. Which they said was normal becasue she is gaining an ounce a day. She only takes 1& 1/2 ounces of milk every three hours sometimes she may take 2. But she just the sweets little Angel. She was 5weeks early. I have been in put in the hospital 4 times to stop the contraction so after I was 34 weeks they stopped the medicine. So two days after they stopped the medicine I went into labor.

I took a HPT and it came back negative so I guess it is back to the drawing board for us!  A little depressed about that. Now I have to try and figure out why AF came early and figure out when ovulation occurs this month. I just might splurg and buy an ovulation predictor...any advice on this?

Congrats to Nanny!!!!!!!!!!!!!
