3 miscarriages and now strep b

by sez, Jun 27, 2004 12:00AM
after my second miscarriage i had some tests done and the hospital found a polyp in my womb. i had this removed and the doctors told me that i had more chance of carrying with the next pregnancy. they said the polyp could have caused the miscarriage. i then got pregnant again and at 11weeks i lost again. they done more tests on me and said i had strep b. could this have caused the misscarriage and would i of jut got it on the third pregnancy or would the doctors have not noticed it?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I just wanted to let you know that I had 3 consecutive miscarriages before we had our first child. Please stay positive..
