I know it's hard, but right now all you can do is take the wait and see approach. That means, do your prog suppositories, drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy and gets lots of rest.
You and your doctor are doing all you can, but remember that there is NOTHING you can do to cause a miscarriage and nothing you can do to prevent it.
I also discovered that many many people have had a pattern like yours where it sort of slows and then rockets up, have healthy babiesBabies and heat rashes Baby feeding patterns, I know because I had secretly hoped mine would sky rocket before I did some research, don't give up hope and stay positive, and please know that there are LOADS of people that have healthy babiesBabies and heat rashes Baby feeding patterns after a pattern like yours! :D
If you don't believe me Google it, I PROMISE I'm not just pampering your fearsFears and phobias!!
Good luck and I hope that everything is superb when you go for another test, and I know it's easier said than done but try to relax in the meantime..
i also agree with the fact that you don't want to doom this pg too early...my best friend is proof of that...they almost did a d/c on her and last minute decided to wait 1 more week (which made all the difference.) she now has an adorible david the III, that thinks his daddy is just the greatest.

Are you having any pregnancy symptoms at all? (although it may be early yet fro those too)
Best of luck to you and I hope it all turns out for the best for you!
As far as symptoms go, my chest is slighty tender but it became veiny. No other symptoms.
I'm just so confused right now. The waiting is killing me. My last blood test was taken this past Wednsday (Sept. 15th) and i'm getting the results on Monday. The Dr. said based on those HCG levels (it will be 4 weeks past conception tomorrow) we'll decide whether to take another pelvic ultrasound or discuss other "options".

And your Dr is doing vaginal u/s right?
my first u/s has always been at 10weeks
this time we went in and i kept thinking....man that baby looks sooo big compared to my ds at this stage..
well come to find out i had ovulated a week earlier than i thought so the baby was actually a week older than we thought.
TRUST ME a week can make a huge difference.

Elle, my situation sounds just like yours!!!! I had my first HCG blood test done on 9/7. This would have made me 5 wks pregnant. My HCG level was only 227, but progesterone was up to 56 because they put me on the prometrium on the previous Friday. I was very worried about this low HCG level, especially when the progesterone was good. I did my second HCG blood test this week, on 9/14. My HCG went up to 4480!!!!! That was at 6wks. And the prometrium works fast and your levels are like mine, but I bet they go up this time. You are on the prometrium which is great. I think you need to give yourself at least until you would be 7 or 8 weeks, because that is when they can see the heartbeat on u/s. By your date you will be 7wks on 9/25. And also you need to speak it into truth. You know the Lord says to speak what we want and it makes it true. So be postitive and feel positive it is going to be O.K. I am not trying to be the "preacher on the street" but it is true!!! The Lord is great, just look at the miracle of life, who else could have made such a gift!!! :) Please keep us posted!!!

Also, my OB's office called and said that my hcg level (that was taken 2 days ago on the 15th)is 1007. Close to doubling but not quite. that was taken 3/12 weeks past conception.
She also told me that she didn't see the Progesterone test results but i'm not sure my OB requested it this time since I first started taking the progesterone Monday night.
She also told me to call the office tomorrow and speak with him.
but she seemed positive about the results.
my fingers are crossed.

Well, they saw something but i think it's the sac? was supposed to measure 2.00mm mine was more like 1.5 and they also saw a cyst that was starting to grow on my ovary that wasn't there last week.
My dr. is concerned. He took my blood again and gave me a referal to an imaging center that does somethng called a Pelvic Endovaginal sonogram. He said it would show exactly what's going on. His main concern now is that it isn't an ectopic pregnancy.
So tomorrow morning that's where i'll be.
still keeping fingers crossed.

With my last pregnancy I ovulated on the 22nd of August, I tested for pregnancy on the 2nd of Sept 5 days before period was due and it came up positive. My period was due on the 7th of Sept and nothing happened, I tested again and it was positive. On the 11th of Sept I started bleeding just like a period, so I presumed I had lost that pregnancy. About 3 days after the bleeding stopped I did another home pregnancy test and the line was barely visible, so I presumed the hcg levels had dropped right down. I have been doing basal temp and saliva testing for ovulation and know that I was fertile around the 19th of Sept. I did another home pregnancy test on the 26th of Sept and it is showing positive? This is only 7 days post ovulation and it is already positive? I dont believe it is left over hcg from the previous pregnancy because that had already dropped away. I think this must be a new pregnancy
