I know it is hard, but I think you need to just wait it out. What you want to look for is a sustained range of higher temps for 10 to 15 days. If your temps remains in the higher range past that 15th day, you are most likely pregnant. Your temps may jump again in a few days and begin an even higher range, that is completely normal.
