Getting Period Before Finishing 10 Days of Medroxyprogesterone

I got my period on the 7th day of the 10 day Medroxyprogesterone regime. Should I continue to take them or stop? Thank you!

If it is a full period, you can stop the Medroxyprogesterone. If it is spotting, continue taking it.
