Viagra is a very effective medication but it does not work for all conditions and for some men, it can have side effects including heart attack from low blood pressure. If the Viagra is not working it could be due to a few reasons. One is that you bought the medication from the internet or some source that sold you a medication that is not the real medication or you could have a condition that is not helped by Viagra.

The best thing you could do is to see a urologist or other doctor who treats this type of problem. If Viagra isn't helping, it is important to understand the couse of the problem. It is a common problem and there are a lot of men who struggle with this condition. Also, be sure that your medication is authentic and not something sold as Viagra but not really that drug.
