Problems With Cialis AND Norvasc?

I'm male, 45. I began having ED earlier this year and learned my blood pressure was high. Started on Norvasc with no effect on the ED. Cialis helped for a few months but it seems to have stopped working. Can anyone comment on these two medications taken together?
