how can i forget about the pass relationships my girlfriend has had i keep thinking about the ones i know about,are there any tapes or books to read that will help me forget about the pass,im angry at one old friend of hers, he always brag about the girls he is making love to if anyone know of any self help material please reply ok

It sounds like you may benefit from seeking some form of psychotherapy (preferably with your girlfriend), so that you can bring closure to your concerns about her past.
