i emailed you in february-the title quetion being -ocd or tourette?-You gave me advice to seek help and i did.I went to a psychotherapist who deals w/cognitive therapy skills.He told me to keep self treating the way i have-and offered me no other assistance.Should i try another psychotherapist?

If you don't think his or her advice was correct, then you should definitely seek a consultation with another therapist, and ask whether that therapist has a dynamic approach to this kind of a problem.
