urinary problems after Luvox use?

by kell26, Oct 12, 2001 12:00AM
I was on a high dose of Luvox for OCD spectrum. Although it helped a lot, I went off it when I moved cross country.  After about a month I started having feelings similar to a bladder infection. I was tested and did not have one. I then had a procedure called a cystoscopy. This also came back negative of any problems. I continue to have a slight burning pain in that area and I can't help to think it may be related. Could the PH in my urine have changed from the Luvox? PLease let me know. I do not have any STD's either.  Thanks

It is almost impossible to link the two by a change in PH. Nobody I have talked too has experienced this connection or any connection with stopping and this symptom. You should probably continue your exploration with the urologist.
