I smoked pot for about 5 months on and off.  After I quit i began to feel depressed and I was wondering if smoking pot decreases serotonin levels in the brain?  Its been 2 months since i smoked pot and i am a little better but im still depressed.  If it does decrease serotonin levels what is the natural suplement formula for restoring serotonin levels in the bran?

Yes, Pot can cause serotonin depletion. I can't give you any recommendations for natural supplements. Its generally understood that they are not effective, except for St. John's wort which is being researched.
